Who do you provide care for?

In people’s private residences, senior living community, independent or assisted living, group home, hospital, rehabilitation center, or hospice facility.
What kind of care do you provide?
In home, non-medical homemakers and companions. These are often called “private duty sitters.”
Are You Licensed?
Flamingo Homecare is licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration Division of Health Quality Assurance,State of Florida.
How long have you been in business?
Flamingo Homecare was founded in 2008.
Will I have a choice of who is my caregiver?
Yes indeed! Selecting your caregiver is half the fun! At our initial complementary assessment visit, we will show you a book with all our caregivers profiles and pictures. You may select the caregiver of your choice. Our caregivers work in teams, with a substitute in place and ready for back-up who is familiar with your loved one, their wishes, and needs.
Do I need a physician’s authorization for your services?
No. You don’t need pre-authorization, pre-qualification, certification or a prescription because we are a private pay company. You decide the services you want, when to start those services and how often those services are provided.
